Terms of service

In short: Your business signs up in the portal, picks a product, a service level and a way to pay, and gets started. You pay monthly and can cancel anytime; your product stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Some products add their own terms of use.
Who we are
These terms are an agreement between D4U Software and Cloud Services LLC (“D4U”) and the person or business that uses D4U’s domains, websites, client portal or applications (“you”). By using any of them, you accept these terms. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

What these terms cover
These terms cover D4U’s domains and websites (d4u.work, d4u.store, d4u.dev and D4U’s product domains), the D4U client portal (including subscribing to and paying for D4U products) and D4U’s applications. A product may also have its own terms of use; where they differ from these terms, the product’s terms prevail for that product. If your business signs a separate written agreement with D4U, that agreement prevails where it differs from these terms.
Your account
To subscribe, create an account in the client portal with accurate, current information. You are responsible for the users you add to the portal, for keeping sign-in details secure and for all activity in your account. If you think someone has used your account without permission, tell us right away at hola@d4u.work.
Products and service levels
In the portal you choose a product and a service level. Each level states its monthly price, what it includes and its limits. Once payment is confirmed, D4U activates the product and sends access details to the administrator you designated.
Subscription and payment
- Your subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
- Stripe processes payments by card or by the other methods shown in the portal. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are added where required.
- If D4U changes the price of your level, we will email you in advance. The new price applies starting with the next billing period after the notice.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or D4U agrees to one in writing.
Changing the level
You can switch to another level from the portal. The new price and limits apply as shown in the portal when you make the change.
Late payment and suspension
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and we will let you know. If it remains unpaid after the grace period shown in the portal, D4U may suspend access to the product until payment is made.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the portal. The product stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. The product’s own terms explain what happens to its information after that. D4U may terminate the service if you materially breach these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the websites, the portal or D4U’s applications for anything unlawful, to send spam, to harm other people or systems, or to try to access anything that is not yours.
D4U’s content and brands
The text, designs, images, software and brands of the websites and the portal, including D4U’s product names, belong to D4U. Other names and brands belong to their respective owners.
Availability
We work to keep the websites and the portal available and secure. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We will try to announce planned maintenance in advance.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Except where a separate written agreement says otherwise, the websites and the portal are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, D4U is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and D4U’s total liability is limited to the amount your business paid D4U in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date. If a change is significant for clients, we will notify them by email before it takes effect.
